Beauty in the Big Picture and the Details

The air was warm, sweet and soft.  Such a succulent summer day, called me outside, so I granted myself permission to upload and tag photos from the patio table in the shade of the umbrella. After the photos loaded, it was time to go in to edit where there would be less glare on the computer screen. Was I procrastinating? I’ll say I was distracted–really rightfully drawn to the beauty around me. Over the next few days, I’ll share photographs of nature’s worthy distractions from that day. This image reminded me that beauty is in the details AND the big picture for me. The blurred flower in the background adds to the big picture and details are evident in the sharpness of the  flower in the foreground with the spider on a petal. Both contribute to the fullness and richness of life!
